Just finished your "Not That Kind of Girl" - the last couple of chapters had me laughing out loud in bed at 3 a.m. I can see this book turned into a movie that's for sure. Now, do you have Bea's story coming up anytime soon?

Just finished reading The Guy Next Door. Since I am familiar with all the authors in this anthology, I knew it was a book I had to have. Wanted to let you know I liked your story (Gail's Gone Wild) the best. Thank you for writing such interesting stories.

I am listening right now to a WRW audio file of a presentation you did on query letters and pitches back in Sep. 2009. I love your humor and just wanted to let you know that I am benefitting from your talk. So thank you!

    Jean --

I stumbled upon Miami Springs when I was doing research for the setting for HE LOVES LUCY. I had a signing at a lovely independent book store in the area, too!

You have such a gift, and are one of my favorite authors. One of those -- stay up all night because I just can't put it down -- type of authors. I just have one question, how did you know about Miami Springs to make it the setting for your book.

I have given away many copies to my neighbors and we are all pleased that you found us!

    Thanks and keep writing...

I have delightfully read every one of your books and now looking forward to your newest novella coming out in March. I am also a huge animal lover...especially dogs. My last dog was a boxer that looked much like "lillith." "Rocky" was the love of my life and I miss him terribly.
I am 63, divorced 11 years ago after 29 years of a rather lifeless marriage. Your books are a wonderful escape that give me such joy. They are hysterically funny, heartwarming and romantic. The stories feel so real at times I can relate to many of your characters. I am either laughing out loud or crying when reading your books. Clearly, you are doing a good job at what you do. I also do a lot of dog sitting for family and friends and can relate to the many personalities and behaviours of a variety of dogs. You really hit them right on as well.

Thank you so much for sharing your gift with all of us (your adoring readers).

P.S. I would definitely love to have a Lucio or an Eli (only at my age rage)

Hi Susan! I just want you to know that I enjoy reading your work. While I was browsing for books, I saw one of yours and just decided to read your work. I had so much fun. I was very caught into all the emotions, on how sweet your characters are and how you wonderfully made a plot so beautiful it hurts.

The exchange of Eli and Rox's vows almost made me cry.

Thank you very much for the wonderful books! :)
  • December 26, 2010 Jennelle of Atlanta, GA says:

I used to tell my friends that Hawk O'T---- {Sandra Brown} could park his boots under my bed anytime, but after reading your book The Night She Got Lucky, why oh why couldn't I have a Lucio in my life - if there really is such a man, I'd love to have one like him! Thanks as always for a great read....didn't want it to end.
